Wooded estates for the discerning nature lover

We restore real estate

We scour the countryside to identify barren agricultural land in pristine locations and with bonafide legal titles.

We restore this land to its original beauty with indigenous forests, seasonal rivulets and water bodies, and natural walking paths amongst the hills.

We craft natural estates where one wakes up to nature's song, connecting intimately with flora and fauna, far from the madding crowd.

We welcome investors who share a vision to live in harmony with nature, enjoying sustainable luxury.

We restore the land, empowering you to restore yourself.

Aame Kere

A world where days are filled with hiking, cycling, fishing, and sometimes just lying under a tree with your favorite book.

Safaris at K.Gudi are merely an hour's drive away, although elephants and tigers are often spotted at the property itself. The famous Bili Giri Ranganatha temple is a 30-minute drive away through pristine montane forest roads.

Housing the distinctive Planter's Lodge, with capacity to sleep 6 guests, designed to reflect local culture and leveraging local materials even while delivering a global standard of luxury.

Aame Kere (Turtle Lake) is our debut project, abutting the legendary BR Tiger Reserve and a 2.5-to-3-hour drive from M.G. Road. The estate features over 40 acres of private forest, and will accept only 7 investors.
